Pails and Paws Cleaning & Pet Services Service Overview and Pricing
🧹 Cleaning Services
Light Housekeeping – $30/hour
Includes basic tasks such as:
*Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming
*Light surface cleaning (kitchen and bath)
*General tidying
Deep Cleaning – $50/hour
More intensive service including:
*Inside cabinets, appliances, and baseboards
*Heavy bathroom and kitchen sanitation
*Hard-to-reach areas
Decluttering Help – $50/hour
Support for:
*Sorting and organizing
*Removing trash/unwanted items (client is responsible for disposal)
All cleaning and organizing jobs are quoted based on estimated time. If additional time is needed due to extreme conditions (excessive dirt, clutter, etc.), extra time will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
🌿 Yard & Outdoor Services
Light Outdoor Tasks – $30/hour
*Small weeding jobs
*Patio sweeping
*Watering container or small garden beds
Mowing (Small Lawns Only) – Quoted case-by-case
Available based on property conditions and client needs
All outdoor jobs will be quoted in advance. Service may be declined if conditions exceed standard scope.
🐾 Pet Care Services
Standard Drop-In Visit – $25 for 30 minutes
Includes:
*Feeding and watering
*Litter box/cage/habitat cleanup
*Short walk or play time (if applicable)
*Oral and topical medication administration (no injections)
Written instructions required for all care tasks
Additional pets: $5 each (up to 3 pets included in base rate)
Minimum visit time: 30 minutes
Additional time: $10 per extra 15 minutes
Vacation Drop-In Visit – $25 for 30 minutes
Includes all standard services plus:
*Mail/package pickup
*Rotating lights or blinds
*Watering a few indoor plants
Other services as discussed and agreed upon
Additional pets: $5 each (up to 3 pets included in base rate)
Additional time: $10 per 15 minutes
Weekend/holiday surcharge: $10 per visit
🚗 Travel Fee
No charge within a 15-mile radius
$0.65/mile beyond 15 miles (based on standard mileage rate)
📌 Terms & Conditions
All services are based on availability and must be scheduled in advance
Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
Cancellation within 24 hours of service may result in a 50% charge
Pails and Paws reserves the right to decline services outside our scope of practice or in unsafe conditions
We do not administer injections or provide vet transportation
Written instructions required for all medications and animal care
