Welcome to Pails and Paws Cleaning & Pet Services!
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Pails and Paws Cleaning & Pet Services's website and services. By accessing or using the services provided by Pails and Paws, you agree to comply with these terms.

Digital Products

Our digital products include, but are not limited to, ebooks and ecourses ("Products"). All Products are provided for personal, noncommercial use unless otherwise specified.

Service Availability

Services are provided based on availability and client requirements. Pails and Paws reserves the right to refuse services if the conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their pets, property, and any special care instructions

Service Rates and Payments

Service rates are specified in the agreement.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

50% deposit is required for services over $100, with the balance due at the time of service.

Late payments may incur a $15 fee after 7 days, and 1% interest will be applied to unpaid balances.

Sales Tax will be charged for services that are subject to Washington State sales tax, including but not limited to yard maintenance services.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $25 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the $25 fee.

No refunds will be issued for completed services.

Insurance

Pails and Paws is fully insured to ensure the safety of your pets and property during services.

Limitation of Liability

Pails and Paws is not liable for injuries, illness, or damages caused by aggressive pets, faulty locks, or hazardous conditions not disclosed by the client. The client assumes full responsibility for their pet’s behavior.

Force Majeure

Pails and Paws will not be held responsible for failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, illness, or other unforeseen events.

Modifications

Pails and Paws reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA/Washington Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the courts of USA/Washington.
